Still exercising and feeling great! Exercising 4-5 days at week during lunch works great in my schedule.
Steve and I discovered a nice walking trail not far from our house.

Back in the Routine
Finally back in the exercise mode. It's been a struggle this year but have no excuse now since I have access to a free gym at work.
I've exercised every work day duing lunch since last Monday (July 7th) and feel so much better. The scale has not moved much but clothes are getting loser.
I'm determined to be back under 150 by the end of the month and 10 lbs. lighter by my birthday.
